When typing out a post, if the post is over 2 paragraphs in size (or possibly once it fills out the text window), you can't see what you are typing (at least it's doing it on my PC) and the only way to see it is to drag the scroll bar down, but as soon as you let go off the scroll bar, it pings back up.

I don't seem to get that problem.

What browser are you using?

I am using Firefox.

Let me know and I will look into it? :?

Check you haven't got scroll-lock on mate. Its probably not that, but its worth checking :) Also check your up key or pageup key isn't sticking.

I deffo have that problem, it's even made worse when editing, doing the edits on the 80's battles is a nightmare because they go over the page.

Scroll lock isn't on (I don't think)

IE here. And no it's nothing obvious to me. It's definitely not my keyboard or I'd have the same problem on other sites too.

I'll consult a few peeps on the phpbb boards as they know their stuff and see what can be done (I.e a patch, setting change or update etc).

I thought this was an IE 8 problem

if you click the little bar recycle (acceleerated, best view for IE8) in the top right of the IE address bar then this solves the issue!

No issue in Firefox other than the Pagination is sometimes out, bu assume thats browser related

EDIT: invisi in tech solving shocker!
